I was born in Jamaica, West Indies and graduated with a Chemical Engineering Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I also have a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Western Ontario. I worked with Alcan Jamaica Company, a subsidiary of the Aluminium Giant Corporation, Alcan Aluminium Limited, in several Engineering and Management positions. I have also traveled around the World on various assignments for Alcan, working at Facilities in Canada, Ireland, Brazil, India, and Australia. 

Since 2003 I have been involved in the Real Estate business, founding DEMIM REAL ESTATE in 2008. I am also a certified Paralegalist. I am married with two sons, and live in Mandeville, Jamaica. I am actively involved in Church, education and community activities.
