She holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from the University of Technology in Jamaica as well as a master’s in international management, with a focus on cross cultural issues from the University of Phoenix (USA). Karen in a strong believer in continuous education and as such, holds numerous other certifications which contributes to her wide knowledge base.
