Joan A. Latty Sterling brings her experience as an Administrator to her Real Estate Company, “JoanLatty Realty Limited”, prior to starting her company, Joan spent over twenty years with the VM Group in various capacities to include Acting General Manager of Victoria Mutual Property Services Limited

As your Realtor/Broker, Joan is an advocate for you; whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will ensure that you to get the best price, in the least amount of time, by using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other marketing mediums.  If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Joan understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, she will work to lower your stress level and make your experience pleasurable and unforgettable.  She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible. 

Joan has completed a number of real estate courses and has the designations of a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Resort Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS)

When not assisting her valuable clients, Joan enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick her son, grandchildren and siblings, entertaining friends, attending Rotary meetings, and providing service in her community where she is an executive member, and she is a Justice of the Peace.
