Growing up watching her father at the draughting table and following him across the bauxite mines of St Ann could only lead Nikuma to a career in Real Estate. Nikuma gets excited seeing things grow - from nothing to something - is just one of her mantras.

The year is 2017 and construction is taking off in Kingston Jamaica. Nikuma sits at her desk in a high rise building on the Kingston waterfront watching cranes. She needed to be a part of this great big plan, her skills in execution already fully honed to perfection having been a part of the island's premier telecommunications company at start up and during multiple product launches. Everything she had learned up until this point could be used in her zeal to be a part of a team in the re-construction of the island Jamaica, her home. Nikuma a Project Manager and Accountant in a Sales & Retail environment hung up her high heels and stepped into a brand new world.
