The year is 2017 and construction is taking off in Kingston Jamaica. Nikuma sits at her desk in a high rise building on the Kingston waterfront watching cranes. There are huge lots across the city being cleared for construction, foundation is being poured and instinctively she knew something was amiss. She needed to be a part of this great big plan, her skills in execution already fully honed to perfection having been a part of the island's premier telecommunications company at start up and during multiple product launches. Everything she had learned up until this point could be used in her zeal to be a part of a team in the re-construction of the island Jamaica, her home. Nikuma a Project Manager and Accountant in a Sales & Retail environment hung up her high heels and stepped into a brand new world.

She excels at residential rentals and developments and enjoys the opportunity to connect people to their needs. Thus far Nikuma has found multiple rental properties for many international and locals returning home; extending to Ambassador and Embassy transfers to Jamaica and repatriates who've been away for more years than she's been alive.
