Cherine Anderson is an experienced and licensed Realtor, author of "How To Buy an Apartment or Condo in Jamaica" and brings more than 14 years of media and marketing experience to the industry. Co-founder and CEO of Power Living Realty Ltd, a real estate brokerage and media company, she brings a fresh approach to the ever-growing landscape, influencing and impacting through the show Power Tips. The shows deliver relevant market updates and real estate tips weekly to help answer the how, when, where and what to buy, sell or rent in Jamaica. 

The managing Real Estate Broker Power Living Realty, she also holds a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and currently serves on both the Membership and Benefits Committee, as well as the Education Committee for the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ). 

Ms. Anderson is a contributing writer to several real estate blogs, e-books as well as the National Housing Trust's magazine Home & A Way. She continues to help students through her Reach One Child Foundation, offering scholarships and mentorship programs.
