Her priority is connecting buyers with sellers and creating win-win situations. My clientele includes new and experienced developers, families, retirees, and millennials. She has combined her experience in the banking industry (where she worked in accounting and as a Business Analyst focused on creating solutions for internal and external customers) with real estate, to deliver quality and excellence to each and every client.      

Integrity, professionalism, authenticity, patience and attention to details are never compromised in the service she offers. Marsha is a member of the KW Luxury Division, a recipient of the KW New Agent Award for 2020-2021 and she has achieved the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) qualification from Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and obtained the NAR - Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS) and Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS) certifications. Marsha was selected as one of two 2022 Cultural Ambassadors for KW Jamaica. She is a top producer and is within the top 5% of high performing agents at Keller Williams Jamaica and she achieved the target of capping in January 2023. Marsha was extremely humbled and honoured to be the first  recipient of the 2022 Rory Marsh KW Jamaica Cultural Award.  Marsha is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) of Keller Williams Jamaica where she contributes to upholding the values of the organization, the training and empowerment of Realtor Associates and maintaining and improving the company by giving support to the leadership team along with other ALC members. 

Her services include assisting clients to sell, lease, rent and purchase real estate. Marsha is energized member of the dynamic Keller Williams Jamaica team where she utilizes the 14- step Marketing Plan to guarantee positive results for her clients.
