In the cool hills of Mandeville, atop a gentle sloping lot is this lovely piece of land with a good "Ole Time" Jamaican house. The house, of traditional construction to the era - nog and stone, with clay tiles and parquet flooring, is a standing remnant of a gem, now in a state of disrepair. Perfect for a historic building lover's renovation project to restore to its former state of grandeur. Equally ideal for a visionary to create a getaway on this prime piece of land. A hop skip and a mere jump from the town centre. Sitting on approximately 3/4 acre of lush green land with a slope for excellent drainage. This property is available for sale. As we say in Jamaica - "House and Land." Either way - it's lovely. Make it yours today.
