Living in the West Indian island of Jamaica all my life has exposed me to the many and varied culture and diversity of Kingston and its surrounds; and just like any other country it’s not immune from the various influential impact of negativity and violence. But there is another side to Jamaica which attracts many visitors and which tugs on the hearts and mind of the Diaspora continually. The people, the food, the music, the beaches and various attractions and the styles of the Islanders. I could go on and on; as such this has given me the perfect insider knowledge of many areas and the best places to live, work, do business and raise families.

Hi, I am Bonita Brown your Real Estate Salesperson and guide who is here to help you to traverse the positive sides of Jamaica. I had been in Management for over 20 years and have been a Facilitator to many individuals whom I’ve steered and channeled their progress. I’m very creative and pride myself on being a very good listener and as such I’m able to assess, understand and relate to people’s aspirations. I loved the interaction with my peers but hated the confinement of the 9-5 and so transitioned into Real Estate. I love architecture, drawing, creative writing…the arts on a whole and this work allows me into homes and developments, the creative side of Real Estate...seeing the potential in a fixer-upper, the creative dreams of developers and the beauty of individual’s homes. I love the relationships that are created with clients after listening to their dreams and expectations and understanding their preferences, tastes, likes and dislikes and then guiding and delivering on their needs.
