The main building is a 2 storey 14 one bedroom units with en-suite bathrooms, a receptionist area, a sitting room and balconies to enjoy the view of the sea and sea breeze. To the rear of the main building are two swimming pools with deck, entertainment area, kitchen and staff quarters. A large kitchen with dining facilities is located adjacent to the front lawns. Additional facilities include manager bungalow and generator room. A solar system was added to the property to enhance its green energy and water tank to ensure continuous supply. The land previously had its own vegetable garden for a farm to table experience and tropical fruit trees. However, the property has not reopened since covid 19, and the gardens in need of some TLC.
